AI has real potential to help Rhode Island businesses grow — but using it well takes more than technical skills. It takes leadership in how organizations adapt through this transition, and Rhode Island doesn't yet have a shared sense of what that looks like. We're engaging business owners, employers, and industry groups to help shape what support should look like.
Already underway: We're partnering with the Rhode Island Small Business Coalition (RISBC) to train small businesses on the responsible use of AI. (Summer 2026)
